Consistency is fundamental to success for any company; it defines the character of a corporation. Chhajed said consistency defines who you are, whether you are consistently doing something skilful, fast or fifty-fifty bad. "Each business needs to exist consistently unique in today'southward cutting-throat competitive surroundings," he said.

For Kanoria, consistency is the most important, especially from the point of view of TCPL and the carton packaging segment, because in this segment at that place will always be someone who can exercise the same thing that you lot exercise one to one. "Only the problem arises when the need is to make a million pieces. This is when almost companies lose out and companies similar TCPL succeed. Because we can produce ane million cartons or even 10 million cartons with the same quality and speed consistently," he says.

Dhankani said that time management, procedure implementation and day-to-day operations all demand consistency and if you stick to information technology, you go the results.

Chhajed said that the packaging and labels industry volition not come across whatsoever major disruption in the adjacent decade or so every bit consumption will go along and products volition need to be packed. However, he argued that companies need to watch out for the threat of irresolute technology. "Companies will take to go on their ears to the ground and rails the changes that are taking place in the technological sphere," he said.

Even the education book segment is not likely to see any major disruptions going forrad, argued Dhankani.
